Support

As a company and as individuals we are active members of the Open Source community and many of our engineers post regularly to various forums and support sites. We do offer a certain level of support for free, but it is limited to posts on forums and support sites, and emails on a best endeavour basis.

If you have a question or a problem you are welcome to contact us and if one of our engineers is available to reply they may well answer your question if it is a quick and simple problem to solve.

If the problem is more complex and would take significant time to resolve then you will still get a reply but it may well include a response saying that we are unable to help without a support contract being in place. This doesn't mean we can't help or do not want to help, but simply that we are not able to allocate the time required to help without a support contract to justify the time.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Each package comes with a number of 'prepaid' support hours. However we are able to supply support on an adhoc basis based on an hourly rate. Any customer with a support contract will get a discount on this hourly rate for additional support hours that might be required.

If your support requirements are not meet by one of our standard support offerings then please contact us and tell us what your requirements are and we will work with you to create a bespoke support service at an agreed fixed price.
