What languages do you support?

We are able to support a wide range of langauges which includes:

  • C
  • Perl
  • PHP
  • BASH
  • .NET
  • VB
  • jQuery

We are adding new languages to this list all of the time, for example we are currently working on a number of Python and Ruby based projects which will allow us to develop these skills further to the point of being able to support them.

Why don't you have a phone number ?

We actually do have a phone number, but in order to keep costs as low as possible, we do not employee a large group of people to work as phone based technical support, This allows us to keep costs low and pass on this saving to you.

What are prepaid hours?

Each support contract comes with a number of prepaid hours, these are hours of support time that are included in the price. However it is possible to gain support without a support contract based on a standard hourly rate. This rate is discounted for people who have an existing support contract.

Can you fix our code?

As long the code is written in a language that we are able to support, then are able to review any software and suggest bug fixes and other changes.
